I brewed 2 lbs pilsner, 2 lbs 2-row and 4 lbs wheat and soured it with Imperial W25. No hops. And fermented at 65F with Kveik Lutra. Have the most marvelous tasting stuff. But, what is it? Not beer, Not gruit, what?
 
Sounds similar to a berliner weisse
 
Maltol....but you forgot the juniper!

Sounds similar to a berliner weisse
Started out as a Berliner Weisse, but turned into an experiment to see what Lutra did when fermented at the cool end of it's spectrum. Ended up having low alcohol sour notes with abundant pear esters and tasty as all get out.
