I got drunk today on my home brew, I cant believe the difference between commercial beers and home brew, I'm guessing that pasteurizing kills some alcohol because three home brews and I'm done vs 6 commercial beers wow

I can’t double brew on my system or I would have, just a tip when using electric your stuck with the amps your pulling so in my case I can only pull 32 amps not enough for a double brew I would need 46 amps,

Going to get my c02 bottle refilled. It's Sunday here so I'm p crossing my fingers that one of the homebrew stores are open on Sunday. I've got visitors later today and would love a bit of co2 to help push the beer out.
That leads me to an interesting question how often do your refill your co2 bottles?
How long in between refills?
It's been about a year since my last refill.
I refill mine when its empty and Ive been in a few spots like yours where I need it to bleed the oxygen out of a new brew or to pour beer for friends, its a stressful day
I think my 5 pound tank lasts between 2-3 months. I force carb, but I don’t purge air out of vessels before racking.
6 months of purging, force carbing, carbing and serving, and eight or nine 5 gallon batches.
