Getting ready to resurrect my old 2 tap tower. The tap handles I've got won't work with the middle tap higher than the outer two. So drilling a middle hole lower in the old tower. Love these tap handles with the inserts and want to match all three. Tower.jpg .

Kegged the Dirty Bohemian I brewed on Oct 31 today. I think I may have brewed an amber instead of a Czech Premium Pale. Installed the new floating dip the corny from williams brewing first.

Blonde on Blonde is carbed up(a bit over really, but not horribly so). Moved all 59 bottles remaining to the keezer along with Dirty Bohemian keg. Connected CO2 line to the keg, set to 10 PSI, set temp to 32 degrees F. I'll give it a week to cold condition...right now it tastes a little green and boozy.

Washing bottles, soaked the labels off a bunch yesterday. The Czech and German labels came right off, evidently whoever puts labels on for Laugunitas has stock in the glue company.

So they recon a tablespoon per 20lt ish with kviek. I pitched 4 teaspoons worth into my no chill brew yesterday morning. I was nervous at first not seeing any activity after a few hours but by yesterday evening dude that thing was taking off the lid was actually making a low pitch whistle from the off gassing!

Really you run the risk of no growth if pitching too much, I only pitch a heaping tablespoon to each 5 gallons but then again mine is pure slurry, no trub or beer mixed in

Yeah mines truby as yeah its incredible stuff. I recon fermenting hot keeps any potential undesirables at bay also this stuff takes hold so quick they outcompeat any infection.

Checked gravity on my "Bloody Finger Cranberry Chocolate Stout", took extra large samples from each fermenter for quality control. Hmmmm, delicious chocolaty goodness. Added prescribed amount of pure juice from crushed cranberries, and set the fermenter at 1°C to cold crash. Then added a dribble of juice to the sample, man, you could pour this over your ice cream! The reddish tinge at the top is just the effect of the light.

Doing pretty good, surgeon said that a graft would take just as long to heal as it will on it's own. It is a bit better each day thanks for asking!

Sampled wheat bier 1.005 (88% attenutation gee wiz that wasnt mashed low eiter)tastes on track to me will leave it sit till weekend then decide weather to naturally carb or force carb it.

Want to use the fermentor for lager...

Also checked gravity on "Slightly Sober" kviek brew 3 days in its finished at 1.010 (80% attenutation) tasting nice and clean and fruity with a resinous flavour I'm thinking from Eldorado . Ferm temp on this (4 teaspoon pitch) settled in at 29~30c.

Also collecting yeast starters from both for posteritys sakes:).

Wanna get an light lager in before Chrissy
