Water Chemistry: Carry over source water when using GH/KH

My water source is variable (resevoir/bay) depending on the time of year and I know this will have an effect on the hardness. I want to use a GH/KH test right before my brew to know the hardness at the time of brewing to properly figure out mash pH. I would imagine that the other ions would be in the same ballpark that is reported in my yearly water report. It would be nice to be able to carry over all the other ions (sulfates, sodium, chloride) from my water report when using the tested GH/KH when using the Mash Chemistry and Brewing Water Calculator under the source water section. For now I can just input it in myself and figure out if I want to adjust any of the ions (add other salts) for the style of beer I'm brewing.
