Small-batch Wit is cooling downstairs, Costal Blue Cheese is draining on the counter, German Rye Bread is baking in the oven. It's a microbiological trifecta! Been a busy afternoon....
 
All part of a complete meal!

Toast was done yesterday, beer will be done in about four weeks and the cheese will take four to six months. Timing is everything....
 
SHMBO wants me to cook a Goulash for this Friday's dinner, or a Korma - 'Well you cook better than I do'!
And buggerit she likes my latest (2nd. attempt) all grain pale ale, I'll have to brew more so it was off to the local HBS
this morning for more malt, hops & yeast. Think I go down the corny keg route from now on.
It's me own fault!
