Trial Membership - can't save 5 recipes

I have 4 saved and it won't let me save another, or copy one. It says only 5 are allowed on the Free Trial. But I have 4. So. I'm complaining about not getting my money's worth on the free version.

You do have five in your account.

Granted, two are the same (Muddy brown) but that still makes 5. When you save one as your "snapshot", it still counts as one of the recipes. When you duplicated that one, it made the second. So you have two of that one recipe.

I have 0 recipes. When I try and copy one to scale it, it says I am limited to 5 recipes. huh?

Copying and saving a recipe isn't included in the trial membership. It can be added and scaled, but not copied from the site.
