Too hot to cook in the house

My first thought was, "That is what AC is for", and then I realized that people do live where you don't have to run it 9 or 10 months out of the year. LOL
I won't bitch about shrimp unless it is the farmed crap I might get some on Saturday with my oysters.

Tried mud bugs several times; too much work for little reward. When living in Texas, it was blue crabs in the pot.
