Targeting mash PH when using distilled water

    Can someone please explain which one I should shoot for when using distilled water? Mash PH or Grist DI water pH?

    Mash pH. Water pH is mostly irrelevant.

    Always mash pH. No need to make a simple process more complex than needed.
