Looking for some ideas a few summer beers to brew. Kegging a blackberry and a raspberry wheat tonight so no more fruit beers. Please share some ideas/recipes for some good brew to kick back at the pool and drink all day!

I did a double batch of this recently...

I split the brew and fermented half with S-33 ale yeast and half with S-23 lager yeast because I needed big starters of each for other batches. Both are really fantastic. Any yeast will do. You could easily up the hopping a little but I'd keep it pretty low IBUs. Totally slammin' beer for those hot days.

I am gonna look to put together a Summer Session SMaSH for my first brew of year, in a year, and on the new system
Pilsner nice dry and crisp with firm bitterness mmmm mmmm.
I recently brewed a Blonde Ale ( aka. Smash or Pale Ale ), which turned out great.
100% Simpsons Golden Promise + 9 oz Loral hops ( crop year: 2017 ) + US-05 ! NO dry hopping ( but lots of late hop additions and a big whirlpool at around 155F ). I brewed it on May 15 and bottled it on May 26. 7 Days later it was great. I bottled 5.5 gallons and they are gone.

The Irish ale malt is great. Definitely more flavorful than plain 2 row. Its more like a British pale ale malt.
I see it sold as loughran malt here in Aus.
