Style guidelines

Style 16B Oatmeal Stout in the BJCP guidelines shows an Original Gravity of: 1.045 – 1.065
Selecting a 16B in Brewers Friend and clicking the MORE button to open "Advanced Recipe Options and Stats" I see an Original Gravity for the style of: 1.048 - 1.065

Clearly not a big difference, just noticed is all.
