My latest creation,
This is still fermenting :? , come Monday (5/5) it will be 4 weeks . Racked it over to secondary on 4/26 may have to rack it again just to get it a little clearer or not. As it stands it smells great, the sample taken during racking was good, full of flavor , can't wait for this one to get done :mrgreen: .
