I often brew a 10 gallon batch of wort, then split it in half and pitch two different yeast strains. Sometimes I pitch brett, lacto, or pedio for long term fermentation/souring. The issue is that the recipe builder and brew session only allow me to track one beer once the brew day is over. It would be useful to have the ability to split the brew session after brewing to more accurately track the gravity and fermentation temps of a split batch.
