Here's a picture of the sensory training I did today at the Arapahoe County Fair (Colorado):
The ingredients for this are available either in a supermarket or the homebrew store. With it you can simulate most of the faults and flavors found in beer. I'm also uploading my instruction sheet so you can try this at home if you're interested. Oh, the flavor extracts: Dilute at least 1:5 with distilled water. File is attached and I'll be posting it at my webpage either this evening or tomorrow.... Never mind, I can't upload a word doc. It'll be on my webpage soon.
