Scaling of recipe

This question is probably answered before, but my search were unsuccessful. After entering a recipe how can I scale it to a different batch size? Do I need to manually calculate and re-enter?

You have more menus in edit,recipe tools, copy, scale, export, and so on.
What I do is copy then rename, save then scale to your finished size hit save and it changes everything
 
So I found the scaling "button" and decided to double the batch. All ingredients doubled. Except for the amount of Belgian Wheat malt in the second entry of malts. This actually went down from 0.91 kg to 0.38 kg. Very strange. Is there a bug in the calculation?
