Switched out the Kazbek for Sterling and reworked the hops schedule, also cut back the grits by 1 pound and switched from Viking to Avangard pilsner malt.

This one has been pretty well received so far(first REALLY good one I made), mainly trying to fine tune it and make some adjustments for more readily available ingredients

For a twist ferment it with 34/70 one day at ale temp and see how you like it:).

Can't, my dad really likes this one and he is allergic to lager yeast.(Only one I KNOW for sure he can tolerate is US-05) I use 34/70 or Diamond Lager(I'm told they are the same strain) for pretty much all my lagers.
