Requested improvement on Brewer's Friend Calculator

Last year, I spoiled a batch of beer without knowing anything about Diastatic Power. :cry: Instead of 53 bottles of Weissbier, I got 5 gallons of Weissbier Malt Vinegar. :? I have since educated myself with this web article: http://beersmith.com/blog/2010/01/04/di ... your-beer/ . :ugeek:

I request that you incorporate a Diastatic Component into the Brewer's Friend Beer Calculator so that Homebrewers do not repeat my mistake.

Sorry to hear about your brew But thanks for pointing this out. This is a tricky one to implement since we'll need to update our whole database with diastatic power, but definitely something we should do. I'm adding this to our tracking system to make sure it gets prioritized and worked on.
