Recipe is metric, but brew session imperial

At the risk of missing something obvious, I'm not sure why my metric recipe is being converted. What should I do to view everything in metric?

I would imagine you have your preferences set for imperial measurements.

Indeed, would seem logical. did you see the screenshots, particularly the one showing my preference was metric? Is it set somewhere else?

I had it set under General Settings -> global settings -> units.

For some reason, the brew session is showing gallons in the dropdown.

I have no idea why- it could be when formulating the recipe or a mistake in the choice. If you choose "liters", it should be fine from here on out. If this happens again, could you let me know so I can dig deeper into your account? I didn't do much more, because I didn't want to risk screwing up something in your brew log. If this continues though, I will do it immediately.
