For priming purposes what category would you put raspberry wheat in?( used Canadian wheat and 2row)
Thanks Herm. I bottle so this is just what I need thanks.I am far from a seasoned expert on this topic, but I would start by saying it depends.
It depends on whether your beer will be bottled or kegged. Since I only ever bottle, I know the bottle puts constraints on the carbonation level, generally under 3 volumes. I shoot for 2.4 - 2.5 volumes on all my beers.
Hopefully a kegger will chime in.
2.5-ish and you can't go wrong. Wheats usually want a little higher, like 3 or 3.3 but that's also a preference thing. For priming purposes what category would you put raspberry wheat in?( used Canadian wheat and 2row)
