Had a pint of Racer 5 IPA for the first time last night at a movie theater. Very impressed.

This forum has some variations on it, and I picked what appeared to be the best rendition. A lot of people LOVE Racer 5 IPA!

I have some Zeus (which is close if not the same to Columbus) and some Cascade grown at my house. This is a perfect reason to use up these hops! I've noticed American Ale II gives a creamy vanilla like flavor. I noticed some sweetness in the Racer 5 IPA. I figured it was Belgian candy sugar, but that yeast and the use of Caramel Pils makes perfect sense.
PS - movie theaters with micro brews on tap are pretty cool.
