Pitch temp foe 1 gallon all grain IPA

Hi All been away for few months working to feed the family, I'm back a few days remembering the grains and hops I had stored in the fridge and Im on to it.
My room temp is around 80 f (I'm in Thailand) I need to know what temps I can pitch at? i have the wort in the fridge freezer trying to bring it down.

What does your yeast package say?
Generally, I think mid 60s F will work with most yeast.
Sounds like you need a swamp cooler!
