Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 37 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 39 gallons
15.5 gl's @ 117 (actual 116*) Infusion 111 F 20 min
-- 14 gl's boiling (actual 150) Infusion 152 F 60 min
-- 14 gl sparge @170 Fly Sparge 168 F 10 min

Do you have a traditional 3 vessel setup, or do you do Brew in a Bag (BIAB)?

are you new to brewing or just here, thats a big beer, Im assuming your going to scale down right?

After you scale down your recipe, I'd recommend to 6.5 gallons ending boil, just do a 60 minute mash at 152°. Then sparge with 170° water until your starting boil volume is around 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 gallons. That should easily net you 5 gallons of packaged product.
