Orange (top) Menu Bar Missing

On my phone Chrome Browser, the top menu bar is suddenly missing.
It still appears in the Chrome Browser on my tablet though?

I noticed that on my iPhone the other day as well, but with all the updates and improvements the devs are going through, this has an easy workaround, or just a new way to navigate the site.

From this page (assuming your using your cell phone): MENU>HOME>MENU>
