Online calculator error/issue

I made an extract pale ale 2 weeks ago and built the recipe with Brewers friend online calc. I got the OG I was looking for and then split the LME into early and then late editions. When I flag the late edition LME in the recipe, the OG drops. Why???

Hydrometer says otherwise. If I uncheck late edition, my OG online matches hydrometer reading.

So, what gives? Programming error?

What I mean is when I click the checkbox that 'flags' it as a late edition.
