Every two months our LHBS opens up to home brewers so we can sample each other's beers. Tonight's the night. I'll post some pics if I have the chance.

Got some pictures of my flight I'll post tonight.... The beers followed a classic bell curve: There were a few really good ones, most were somewhere in the middle and a few drain pours. The thing I like most is we get together, can talk beer and methods and have the proof to back up our assertion, say, that Lemondrop will really make a Wit shine (actually it was an American wheat but all of us agreed, Lemondrop as a bittering hop goes harsh but it works well as a finishing hop if you're looking for citrus flavor). It's other faces too, people not in the homebrew club based out of the same shop. And you can get some really good feedback.
