• Recipe Editor - "Decoction", "Infusion" and "Temperature" mash addition types were not be added to the total mash water volume, and total water volumes.

• Recipe Builder - Added Hop Stand as a hop use type, as an alternative to whirlpooling. Uses the same existing utilization setting in the equipment profile as whirlpool additions.
  
  This was added for multiple reasons, but one of them was to better support importing of files from the Grainfather software and equipment, which uses both whirlpool and hop stand additions.
