This has been bottled for a few weeks now and it has turned out a belter,certainly one to re brew and a bigger batch as well.
I used Brew Dog(nuns with guns) recipie and tampered with it to suit myself,called it Nun attack.
5 litre biab batch, 5 litre mash, 2.75 litre dunk sparge,60 min mash and boil
550 gm Irish Lager malt
180 gm Irish Pale malt
60 gm Light Munich malt
75 gm Caramalt
60 gm Crystal malt
25 gm Carahell
4gm cascade pellets 60 min
1/4 protofloc tablet 15 min
4gm each,Cascade and Challenger pellets 5 min
3 gmChinook , 6 gm Amarillo and 3 gm Ahtanum pellets ,Aroma 80c stand
10 gm Chinook and Cascade pellets dry hop 5 days.
1/2 pack 'Crossmyloof' US Pale yeast re hydrated
OG 1038,FG 1008 3.95% IBU 24.03 SRM 8.04
