Hi all I am brand new into brewing. I currently have my first batch in at the brew-store that I took the class at and haven't even tasted a drop yet and I think I'll really like brewing. There is SO much to learn, so please be gentle with me.

Hi Mark, welcome to brewing. Have you done any more batches?

I just bottled a batch called Le Petite and have one called Medusa that I got from Northern Brewers in secondary to bottle next week.
