I am small batch all grain BIAB brewer who started brewing a couple of years ago. I usually brew 1 to 2.5 gallon batches but will occasionally make a 5 gallon recipe. I just really prefer to do small batches so there is always something new available and love the short brew day. My favorite styles are English mild, ESB, Scottish ales, and stouts, I just made my first saison using Yeast Bay Brettanomyces Blend which should be ready to bottle any day now and want to try lactose fermented sours next. I really like being able to use scale tool to convert recipes to a one gallon batch instantly ans scale it back up if I want to make it again in larger batch.
