Hello all! Quick history...tried the homebrew thing first in the early 90's...bottles then kegs...every batch had some sort of nasty off flavor (usually banana). At the time, couldn't figure out why...got discouraged and gave away all the brewing goodies. Fast forward to Feburary of this year...thought about opening up a micro-distillery and went to visit a few...I was blown away with all the cool mashtun/fermenters/etc used by the distilleries and got to wondering if things had changed any on the homebrew front. Boy had it ever ! Did some research on different set-ups and decided to build an electric brewery...just finished it and had the pleasure of completing my first all-grain batch this past weekend! Still so much to learn....but having fun doing it
