New Castle Clone

Greetings. Ozark, is this your recipe from Ozarks Mountain Brew? If it is, the brew store I use does not have United Kingdom Maris Otter Pale grain. Will 2-row work instead? Thanks.

Hi 2 row will work but morris otter is more like pale malt and has a slight nutty taste so just add more victory to get that same flavor say 8oz, also the original clone didn't have a late addition hops, I just like a little on the tung, you can omit it if you want
