Brewed a batch of NEIPA today. Perfect weather outside and 72 degrees. I ended up hitting most of my numbers except the post-mash gravity. It was a tad low so I added a few grams of DME. My overall efficiency was quite respectable at around 83%. I'm using my homemade fermentation chamber so this will be the first batch using my chamber. I plan to ferment on the low end around 64-66 degrees.
