My Yeast Woke Back Up?

So i took a sample from my Pliny clone today and at the same pulled a jar full of trub off the bottom (it's a Catalyst fermenter). Before the sample and trub pull, fermentation was basically at a stand still 1.01 but then after i buttoned it all back up it started bubbling away again?! What gives?

Could be Co2 trapped in beer solution and taking the trub may have disturbed it some and therefore the airlock came back from the dead! I racked a beer the other day that started burbling but at 0c nothing would still be kicking in there.

But I may be wrong ( how could I be) so use your hydrometer it doesn't lie!

Yeah...it can bubble from released CO2. Agitating the trub will do it and even a slight raise in temp will free up CO2 in suspension and cause a pressure differential that makes the airlock bubble.
