My Profile Brand Settings question

Looking at the list of brands on My Profile I have two questions:
1. What is the number column referring to? I suspect it may be the number of recipes in my account where the Brand is referenced but I am not sure on that. A column header may be useful here.
2. WOuld it be possible to include Select All / Deselect All options on the page - just to speed up selection process. The list gets ever bigger as time goes on.

And ID number? The number of products in the BF data source? Either way, the developer is now kicking themselves for displaying it. I should have known better. Alan was always going to ask this question. At least that's what I hear them grumbling to themselves.
