    Hello
Wanted to share my HERMS system with all of you. It's optimized for batches between 40 and 60 liters.
Fully automated exept adding malt and hops :)

Machine is programmed via recipe and then able to run the entire brew without interference.
Sparge sequence has automated flow control that keeps desired flow through the whole sequence.

Controlled via TwinCat 3 PLC system.

    Any questions just ask :)

Amazing the steps people have gone to in homebrewing these days. This is truly a very diverse hobby(or obsession :D).
This system even cools the wort and places it in the fermenter. Does it add yeast from a starter?
