So some of you may remember the post I did,
"Dry hops idea" http://www.brewersfriend.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1541
and a post by
"The brew mentor" about Mosaic hops, http://www.brewersfriend.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1209
in that post I posted a recipe I was making and dry hopping with Mosaic hops.

So I combined the two, here's what I did, I mixed the batch according to the recipe and fermented until fermentation slowed to 3 bubbles per minute in the airlock, then I added the Mosaic to dry hop for 10 days.
I have to say this came out a damn good beer, I bottled it this last weekend and cant wait for it to finish. Even though it hasn't carbonated yet I'm drinking it, it's that good. My wife says I have to wait, about now I wish I had a carbonating system. Don't tell her but I'm drinking one here and there before they are done. :D

lol you've got the bug, we all get it. :p

I will say that I love my co2 set up, if I'm not worried about clarity and just have to have it now I can get the keg carbed enough in an hour or so and have a few draws. on the other hand the initial investment was 4 or $500 to get to that point
