Membership payment methods

    It would be great if there was a Paypal option or if your system would just use the card on file for your existing account.

    By default charges are automatically deducted annually from card used.

    Yes. We use Stripe for credit card processing, so we never see your card numbers or other information like that and it's not stored by us. However, Stripe is very secure and will deduct the subscription costs annually (or monthly, if that is the subscription you have) by default unless you cancel that.

    I was paying per month and don't think I had auto pay set up. what about a Paypal option?

    We have had some issues in the past with Paypal and subscriptions, but we can revisit that and see if it can be an option again in the future.

    I am now getting hit with a £1.25 "transaction fee" on my monthly subscriptions so Paypal would be welcome here.
