The very first batch of beer I tried to brew my thermometer broke and leaked into the batch, so I tossed it, but I have some ingredients left, but I can't remember what I already used and I don't have the recipe. Can anyone tell me what I need to complete this? Here is what I have:
2 lbs of Spray - Dried Malt
1 oz of Liberty Hops
Spice Pack - Bitter Orange Peel and Coriander Seed
1 yeast packet.

Thanks

Your going to have to be a little more direct. What type if beer your aiming at. My guess a Belgian style beer with the spice and dried orange peal?

The first thing I'd do is plug in your "known" ingredients into the calculator here on this site then go from there.

If it was me I'd add your spray malt until you reach your desired ABV or OG then brew this or steep some crystal malt for some added colour and caramel sweetness. But I'd keep it pretty simple so you can taste them flavours from the spices.

Or you could go the wheat beer route and cut your spray malt 50/50 with dry Wheat Malt Extract or if you cant get that unhopped Liquid Wheat Extract and ferment with a dry wheat yeast...

Hope I've helped

What type of yeast is it?
What is the batch size?
