Hi all,

Has anybody used this yet? I've got 25g of the stuff ready to use for a NEIPA but not heard much since it's so new.

Cheers!

Chris

I know https://www.geterbrewed.com/ sells it in 25 gr packs, but they do not send where I live.

The new New England dry yeast has been used by many breweries, including Cloudwater and Verdant and they make delicious beer. From Lallemands description it sounds like it's a bit slow compared with an English strain, although " Conan " is supposedly English, so... a mutation in any case.

Yep that's where I got it. They are based in Ireland I believe.

It came in an unbranded vacuum pack, so I think they are buying a big 500g pack and splitting it up.

Interesting info re Conan, will definitely keep you guys up to date on how it works out!

Cheers

Chris
