Could use a little more hops IMHO FOR a darker Amber. Got any English hops laying around for aroma at about 15 min?

I like it...I might opt for a little less Crystal, but for an Amber, it'll do nicely. I agree with Head First about late addition hops. Most any American or English hop would do. I'd think about Willamette though doubling up on the Cluster would do nicely.

I agree with less crystal malt but that my personal preference as I never use more than one pound in anything. Amber is one of those styles that has quite a range so it's hard to mess up.

I have .5 onces of Willamette from a previous brew should I add that at 12 minutes mark or sometime like that?

Recipe looks pretty good with the Willamette. Give it a try and let us know how it turns out for you. ;)

Pretty good looking kitchen sink. Late hops will help cut some of the crystal malt sweetness for a little better balance. As stated you are at a personal preference level now.
    Brew on!
