Can someone please advise me of a recipe for a Kilkenny style beer? :roll: :roll: :roll:

from what I understand the original recipe is very small just 2 row and roasted barley but many people have improved the recipe "so they say" to a traditional Irish red ale, the KILKENNY CLONE uses nitrogen instead of co2 to create a smooth froth so I'm asking do you want the original clone or something modern
