G'day all,
I currently have a Belgian Dubbel fermenting and would be interested to hear from any here that have experience with these beers. I believe they are best bottled but I want to keg this one. I was thinking that carbonating it at about 12 psi for about a week and then putting it in a fridge for a few weeks at 10 or 12 celsius, but am not sure if this is the best method or even necessary.
Any ideas on this would be much appreciated.
