just paid to upgrade my account, but it's not working

My paypal account reflects the payment, but my account hasn't changed. maybe I did something wrong?

It looks like you're a premium member from this side. Try emailing them, this seems to be a frequent occurrence lately, but others have gotten it sorted out pretty quickly

try clearing your cache, end deleting all cookies log out then after log back in
