Hi, I’ve been brewing for about five years now on and off. Yea I’ve had my stunk beers where I had to dump but that’s how you learn. I’ve brewed the vanilla cream ale by brew stats several times with good results. Working on a Kean Head High now. Came out good but very expensive to make due to the amount of hops.
