My wife wanted a less bitter lager than one I had previously done so I made one up with more sweet and biscuity flavours but with a Grassy tinge to the hops - hence the name and, according to my sense of humour, an appropriate label. During the research for the character I discovered that Alan Tracy has the same birthday as me - how cool is that?

Yes the grain bill is complicated but I have these grains I have to use up - and I tried to keep to the style. Any suggestions gratefully received as this will be a new style for me.
