I haven't made one of these before and I am interested in feedback from those that have.
Suggestions to changes if any?

I even have Alan Tracy doing a spot of promotion for me...

Dump the melanoidin...it won't likely contribute and can make a heavy, cloying finish. What's the Oat husk for?
@Iliff Avenue Brewhouse 's recipe is a good template . Personally, looking at his, I'd use a lighter/less Carafa to avoid roasty flavors and use some CaraMunich to get color and caramel flavor but it's simple and should yield a clean, crisp beer.

What's the Oat husk for? - originally for stopping a stuck sparge - that usually happens with my kit.

Modified as per your suggestions...so we know who's to blame :)

Makes sense...
Recipe looks cleaner and simpler now and the malt bill should give you decent results. I'm not familiar with that CaraAroma but it's pretty dark. I suspect that you'll end up a little dark and slightly heavy in the flavor as a result of it and when you rebrew you might choose to use less of it.
Hops are fine but I prefer all noble hops or maybe UK hops or Willamette if using American hops for lager-style beers. Should do nicely though, and will be a good starting place for tweaking in future. :)

Thanks for the guidance.

I have 2kg of it and not used it yet. I was using it to give a bit of colour and get the Amber colour up. I could tweak the Type 1 instead (to 17%) but to get the same colour (SRM = 10.56) I would go over the recommended max for Type 1 (5%).
