Hi I'm GMCbris from Brisbane Australia. I am new to brewing, but have had the idea to do this for many years- I have never liked the off the shelf tin home brew, but I really liked an IPA a mate brewed from all grains a few years back, so I am giving it a try. I brewed by first batch 2 weeks ago - shame I had no fermentation temp controls then, as the heat hit nearly 40 and I doubt the beer will taste as it should. I have a old fridge and I have wired an external temp controller so I think I am set Cant wait to share my experiences, good and bad, and learn from all on here Cheer and good beers GMCbris
