How to mark a Brew Session as "Complete" for filtering

How do I identify a Brew Session as being complete, so that when it's "all gone" I can keep it for historical purposes, but not have it show up as an active Brew Session?

Could ya just put it in a created "HISTORY" folder?

the slider tells you whether its fermenting or complete, and it will show up on the brew sessions,the rest is in the notes
