It would be very helpful to be able to list the number of packets of yeast or amount of slurry in the yeast listing for the recipe. Yes you can add it to the notes but it is part of the yeast portion of the recipe not an add in. Why doesn't the yeast selection include this. It is normal procedure to add multiple packs of yeast or specific amounts of slurry so that should be part of the recipe not an add on. To be able to add a second yeast would be better but is something out of the ordinary. All the other ingredients all list amounts. The amount of yeast should be listed with any recipe.
