How does this yeast look?

This is some yeast I have had for about 2 to 3 months, in the fridge. It has little white bitch floating on top of the wart, kind a looks like Fat but it's not, still smells good.

I would change your wort or decant it and add some beer, only real way to tell is do a sugar test, does it go crazy or just barely foam, you want just barely
