Little drowsy I guess. I've done one before (while ago mind you) and now can't figure out how the heck I did it. Can someone hold my hand and take me through the steps please?

when you brew a recipe there is a check box to create a snapshot of the original on that brew form, click the green brew button

Ah there it is! Thanks OMB. So I just tried it on a test scenario where I changed the hops on the original recipe, hit brew (without saving first because I didn't want to change the original.), but when I hit recipe review it was the original recipe. How do you use this function? Do you save it with the changes you want to make, hit brew, ten go back and change it back to the original spec again?

Make a snapshot if you would like a historical record of exactly what you brewed. That way if the original recipe changes, or you do something slightly different just this one time, you will have an accurate record. The snapshot recipe is fully editable too.
